Keith was one in a million, a real one off and we loved him for it! He dedicated so much of his life to coaching and training people in his local community working with SMEs, social enterprises, co-operatives and voluntary organisations. He volunteered for many years to support young carers and refugees in Carlisle and was passionate about laughter!
When Keith found Laughter Yoga, he found his tribe, his kind of people! He brought so much fun and happiness to so many through his therapeutic laughter sessions that once seen, were never forgotten. He was extremely silly but he cared deeply about people's welfare, well-being and equality. Keith loved people, to him everyone was interesting and had worth no matter their age, gender or background.
From reviewing his Facebook posts, Keith also seemed to be partial to an Ecclesfechan Tart 😁
Keith will be much missed by his immediate family, sister Noreen, brother Steve, niece Lou and nephews Rob and Ian, along with the huge number of friends he met along the way. ❤
Ho ho ho Keith 🥂
Keith collected coins in a jar, I know he’d want the money to go to this charity which he was a big part of.
Cheerio uncle Keith. We cherish all the silly memories you’ve left us, family life won’t be the same without you.
Remembering the very special person that was Keith Adams. Keith cared deeply about others and he treasured his involvement with refugees in Carlisle.
